Hagglunds PEC Power Unit

The intention with the Power Unit is to provide the hydraulic motor(s) (or other hydraulic systems) with the required fl ow of oil and pressure at the right time.
All included parts are assembled in one (or more) compact cabinet(s). The Power Unit has one or more pumps driven by one or more electric motors.
The main pump is an axial piston pump with variable displacement for closed loop systems.
The electric motor is totally enclosed. Three different control systems are available.The Power Unit is a very fl exible product with a wide option range. This makes it possible to select a standard Power Unit to fulfi ll the features needed in many different applications.

Electric Motor

The electric motors that we use have high effi ciency and are also extremely reliable. They are started with no load and run optimally at fi xed speed. We supply ABB and SIMENS electric motor in our PEC with many certifications. Such as Bureau Veritas(BV), Det norske Veritas (DnV), Lliyd's Register of Shipping (ABS)...etc.

Hydraulic Pump

The hydraulic pumps are of the variable displacement axial piston type with very fast acting pressure compensator override. This virtually eliminates overloads and is a major factor in system reliability. You can choose different displacement pump according to your need.
